Shipping Policy


How long does it take to receive my product?

Our estimated delivery dates are based on several factors, including the destination address, and how quickly we can assemble and prepare your items for shipment.

Total Delivery Time = Processing time+ Shipping time.

PROCESS TIME

The standard process time of order is between 3-15 working days, Monday through Friday 10 am to 4 pm Eastern Standard Time.

Although we make your reborn doll after you ordered to make sure every detail, please don’t order a doll less than 24 hours before you need it! It's always best to give yourself at least a 2-week cushion before you need it to avoid any unforeseen circumstances that may delay delivery.

SHIPPING TIMES

The painting time is about 10-15 days.It takes a long time to complete 20 procedures such as skin texture coloring, facial features painting, hair growth and eyelash transplantation and so on.

After painting we will ship it. Once it has shipped, we will send you an email.

The shipping time is 14-20 days. (Due to the impact of the epidemic, some countries and regions will take longer to receive goods)

Which shipping method do you use?

We send orders through USPS (www.usps.com) DHL (www.dhl.com), FEDEX (www.fedex.com), UPS (www.ups.com).

Can I change the destination country of my order?

After your order has been sent out, you may not change your shipping address.

How much is shipping?

For Standard Shipping Worldwide (2-4 weeks):

Standard Worldwide Shipping: $15.

Free shipping over $169   

How will I know my order has shipped?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is ready to ship.  Once you have received this email please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking number to update.

Please keep in mind delivery dates may change due to inclement weather conditions or holiday.

Do you ship internationally?

We happily fulfill international orders! Our production time will be the same and shipping costs vary depending on where the order is going. Depending on your home country a customs tax may be applied in addition to your shipping cost.

Please note:

  • Two daysin a week won't process orders-- U.S Saturday and Sunday. Shipping companies all close on Sunday. Please choose the right shipping method with concern after Friday.
  • Processing & shipping times may be extended during sales & holidays
  • At this time, we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses or college dorms. Currently, our logistics does not ship to the four remote areas of Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, and Puerto Rico.
  • Expedited shipping is not offered to P.O. Box shipping addresses.
  • We do not offer overnight shipping.
  • Orders will only be retained for 7 working days after placement when phone number missing or unclear address. Longer than that, the order will be canceled and money will be returned accordingly. So please make sure that you leave the correct shipping address and telephone number when place order.
  • Sometimes unexpected delay is caused due to thorough inspection, out of stock issue, especially during high-volume periods.
